Welcome to the 2023-2024 Registration with Worthington Hockey Association!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Worthington Hockey. 

 *Please note current fees are valid through September 22rd, 2023- fees will increase after this date.

If you have a new youth-level player, please contact a member of the registration team prior to registering so they can issue you a one-time use discount code.

If you are registering more than one player, and you have a new skater with a discount code, PLEASE REGISTER THAT PLAYER INDIVIDUALLY FIRST.  Then go back in and register your returning player(s) in a separate session.

1.       Credit Card (for USA Hockey membership fee & WHA Hockey fee)

2.       Checkbook (A $700 deposit check will need to be brought to Kick-Off Night 9/6/23 at the Arena, or if registering after 9/6/23, please  mail the deposit check to : Missy Folkers 116 Cynthia Ave. Worthington, MN 56187 ) The deposit check needs to be made out to Worthington Hockey Association and post dated for 3/31/2024. This deposit check will be "held" by the association and never cashed as long as all volunteer hours and fundraising obligations are met by April 1st, 2024.

3.       Child’s Medical Insurance Card

4.       A copy of your child’s birth certificate if you are a new player.

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2023-2024 Season. If you have a High School player you DO NOT need to complete this step in the registration process! 

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey.  REMEMBER:  your child's name needs to be entered as it appears on the birth certificate. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
• NOTE: When registering for USA Hockey, be sure to type your child's name as it appears on their birth certificate. For example, "Jennifer" instead of their nickname "Jenn".
